Setting Your Best Hours/Availability
Customers who come to know and love your work often want to know about the best time(s) to reach you for a direct request. You can set these hours -- which will appear on your profile page -- via your dashboard.
Click "Settings" at the top of your dash, and then click on the "Preferences" tab. Scroll down to the "Direct request availability" section:
You can then select the days and time range you're most likely to be available to receive requests. (We do tell customers that your availability is not guaranteed.) Note that this does not change your alert settings or ability to receive requests.
