Viewing Your Editor Stats

The stats page was designed to make the tier system more transparent and allows you to track your progress toward the next tier and pay level visually.

To access your stats, click on "stats" on the left side of the page. It looks like this:

The top section shows your Tier Tracker. Each stat will have a green, orange, or red circle next to it. The circles make it easy for you to know where you stand and where you need to focus your efforts to move up to the next tier.

  • Green means that metric has reached the benchmark for moving to the next tier up.
  • Orange means you need to complete that requirement before you can move up, but you won't drop a tier if the requirement is not met.
  • Red means you're in danger of dropping a tier if that stat isn't brought up.

Hovering over the circle brings up a tooltip to show your progress. If your circle is green, you'll see something like this:

Hovering over an orange icon will tell you how to meet that requirement to move up to the next tier. Here's an example:

Hovering over the red circle will tell you what you need to do to stay in your current tier. Obviously, some stats like words edited and months at Kibin can't go backward, so you'll only see this icon next to feedback percentage, likes percent, and docs edited in the last 30 days if any of these metrics come close to the next tier.

The bottom half of the page is your Editor Level Tracker, which looks a little something like this:

The graph visually represents your word count and how close you are to leveling up. If you hover over it, the tooltip tells you exactly how many more words you need to edit before you qualify for the next editing level. The feedback percentage metric in this section works the same way as the Tier Tracker metrics.
