Immediately Accept and Edit Timed Out Papers (Zero Clocks! 00:00:00)

If you ever see a clock that says 00:00:00, this means the paper has timed out. In other words, we have collectively missed the paper’s deadline. This is a rare occurrence and one that we strive to never see. But sometimes it happens. The most common time to run into zero clocks is early in the morning between 4 am and 7 am EST before most of our U.S. and Canadian editors have woken up.

It’s absolutely critical to Kibin's reputation that if you ever, ever, EVER see a document with a zero clock that you download and edit it immediately if you have the time to tackle the request. Of course, give the document the same care and attention you would give to any other document; we definitely don’t want the doc to be returned late AND poorly edited. That’s even worse.

The sooner we can submit the overdue document to the customer, the better for everyone. So please pick up expired docs or short clocks ASAP. We hate getting yelled at by angry customers. It ruins our whole day. But as long as you do your best and we get the document back as quickly as possible, we'll  manage the customer service end, no sweat.
